Maintenance and Support

Maintaining and updating a website, extranet or intranet internally is a trying endeavor. There is always something to fix, change or add and coordinating the resources needed-- from graphic designers, to copywriters to IT staff-can leave little time for everything else on your desk.

Tenrec offers its clients maintenance plans that alleviate that hassle and cost a fraction of what even a part time employee or contract developer can cost. With such a plan, Tenrec will make updates to a client's website or application for a predetermined number of hours each month.

At the beginning of each month a maintenance client emails their changes or updates to a Tenrec representative, Tenrec's team makes the edits to the staging site, the client reviews them and then the changes are published to the live application. No more hiring outside designers, learning HTML or hunting down FTP usernames and passwords. Tenrec will manage everything for you.

In addition, when a client forgets to submit changes or simply doesn't have any for a given month, Tenrec will work from a secondary list of approved improvements or tweaks that we've created for you and set aside for just such an occasion.

All maintenance plan clients have the option of being hosted by Tenrec at no additional charge and Tenrec makes backups of all its hosted sites on a weekly basis.
